Returns
We make every effort to ensure that any goods are delivered to you in perfect condition, and that we deliver the correct goods. However, we are only human, and should you receive incorrect or faulty goods please ring us promptly on +44 (0)844 8849770, so that we can make the necessary arrangements to replace the goods.
PLEASE NOTE do not return goods without speaking to us first (by calling +44 (0)844 8849770), so that we can arrange replacements or a refund without delay.
If you should receive goods that do not meet your expectations, then you can of course return them for a full refund within 14 days of receipt, as long as the goods are unused, still in a good re-saleable condition, and in their original packing. Please see cancellations below.
PLEASE NOTE garments that have been printed in any way cannot be accepted back for refund, except when faulty.
Cancellations
A charge of 10% of order value will be levied against all orders that are cancelled prior to shipping to cover administration costs, unless we are unable to provide the goods ordered within the stated timeframe. Goods already dispatched will also carry a 10% administration charge. Returned goods are returned at the cost of the customer, unless previously agreed.
