Making a Purchase
Simply browse our on line catalogue, and enter your order details into your shopping cart using the buttons provided. When you Checkout using our secure payments service we will ask you a few details that will enable us to process your order quickly and efficiently.
Delivery Charges
For deliveries to mainland UK addresses, the following charges will be levied to cover carriage fees:-
Orders under £50.00 (excluding delivery): £3.50 per order
Orders over £50.00 and under £150.00 (excluding delivery): £5.50 per order
Orders £150.00 and over (excluding delivery): £10.00 per order
Delivery Timeframes
We aim to deliver orders not requiring printing within 15 working days of receipt of your order. The delivery timeframe for orders requiring printing is 20 working days. Occasionally products do go out of stock and if this is the case we will endeavour to source them as soon as possible. We will inform you if the goods you have ordered cannot be delivered within the 15 or 20 working day timeframe.
PLEASE NOTE deliveries are made Monday - Friday between the hours of 8am and 6pm.
Back Orders
If any item you order is not available for delivery, we will back order them for you. You will always be emailed with estimated delivery details and thus given the option to cancel your order. Wherever possible we will of course offer you suitable alternatives.
Privacy Policy
Any information supplied to TeamSportsWear will only be used by us to fulfil your order.
Returns
We make every effort to ensure that any goods are delivered to you in perfect condition, and that we deliver the correct goods. However, we are only human, and should you receive incorrect or faulty goods please ring us promptly on +44 (0)844 8849770, so that we can make the necessary arrangements to replace the goods.
PLEASE NOTE do not return goods without speaking to us first (by calling +44 (0)844 8849770), so that we can arrange replacements or a refund without delay.
If you should receive goods that do not meet your expectations, then you can of course return them for a full refund within 14 days of receipt, as long as the goods are unused, still in a good re-saleable condition, and in their original packing.
PLEASE NOTE garments that have been printed in any way cannot be accepted back for refund, except when faulty.
Cancellations
A charge of 10% of order value will be levied against all orders that are cancelled prior to shipping to cover administration costs, unless we are unable to provide the goods ordered within the stated timeframe.
